SUMMARY: Based in Lakewood, CO at our corporate headquarters, the Business Process Improvement Analyst will be the internal champion for building a continuous improvement culture by creating and implementing process excellence across all business segments within Eberl and support CI initiatives at the Cor Partner enterprise level.  This includes supporting organization-wide continuous improvement communication, facilitating and guiding improvement projects, and develop additional continuous improvement advocates across the organization.  The position reports to our V.P. of Operational Excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead process mapping and improvement events and projects in each of the business units under the direction of the COO.
  • Support and facilitate the continuous improvement process through the use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement implementation projects to closure. Teach others to lead improvement efforts, including training on effective tools for successful project leadership.
  • Establish metrics to monitor financial savings and operational improvements as compared to established goals and targets.
  • Develop and maintain annual value stream mapping efforts, CI plans, and calendars.
  • Establish appropriate communication and recognition protocols for sharing Continuous Improvement news, activities and learnings across the organization. Share information and collaborate with divisional leaders across business segments.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Technology or relevant area of study.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business process improvement role.
• Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong facilitation, influence, and presentation skills
• Provide oversight and leadership to ensure improvement project completion
• Strong project management, analytical, and process excellence skills including the ability to (i) facilitate improvement across many facets of a business, (ii) work independently, (iii) build consensus among diverse teams and (iv) lead projects through to a conclusion despite a distributed workforce.
• Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives.
• Strong communication skills- both written and interpersonal.
• Ability to develop relationships with frontline associates and senior leaders.
• High potential to grow quickly as demonstrated through learning agility.
• Intermediate to advanced level skill with analytical tools and presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is conducted primarily in an indoor office environment with protection from weather conditions and with exposure to noise typical of an office or administrative setting.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Work requires visual acuity to read and prepare data and figures, transcribe words and numbers, view information on a computer terminal, read, operate office machines, and determine the accuracy and thoroughness of work. Overnight and/or weekend travel in a work capacity frequently required.
